Senior Project Manager (F/M/D)

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and motivate international cross-functional teams to execute all planned activities from design to full commissioning. You will work with customers, internal team members and the sales team to identify customer needs and develop innovative solutions accordingly.

• Manage and coordinate simultaneously international projects from product design & development until SOP

• Define and communicate goals, expectations and priorities among project activities  

• Lead cross-functional/cross-continental locations Project Teams (Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Process, Manufacturing, Logistics) to ensure that activities are aligned and implemented effectively

• Support project acquisitions with proposal preparations and presentations 

• Plan, manage and control the financial aspects of the projects 

• Manage day to day client relations and builds long-term relationships with clients 

• Master critical and sensible negotiations and act as professional representative during external mediations 

• Analyze data and develop meaningful KPIs to present the status of programs and escalate critical issues

• Maintaining both internal and customer open issues lists, and developing problem resolution action plans 

• Report to company management regarding project progress and milestones

• Guarantee compliance to IATF16949 standards and client requirements
