Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Pilot end-to-end recruitment initiatives, connecting with diverse talents from all over the world.
  • Retention: Administer comprehensive employee benefits and compensation frameworks, ensuring our crew’s health, happiness, and motivation.
  • Training: Navigate onboarding and developmental training, crafting an atmosphere of growth and learning.
  • Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of compliance with French labor laws and regulations, safeguarding our integrity and values.
  • Performance: Guide performance management processes, fostering a culture of excellence and feedback.
  • HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Policy Development: Create and implement HR policies and procedures to foster a high-performance culture.

Profil

Ideal Profile:

  • Education: A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Employment Relations, or a related field, paired with at least three years of HR experience.
  • Experience: A track record in fast-paced, innovative environments – experience in tech, startups or aerospace sectors is a plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in both English and French.
  • Adaptability: An adaptive, proactive mindset, ready to engage with challenges and drive positive change.
  • Innovation: A passion for innovation and a desire to bring creative HR solutions to a pioneering company.
